In 2023, Michelle founded The Law Office of Michelle T. Pletka, PLLC, where she uses her experience and knowledge to assist individuals and families in creating wealth-transfer plans and estate plans that best fit their specific needs.
Michelle began her legal career in 2006 as an associate attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, LLP. In said role, she was a member of the firm's Private Clients Group, where she advised high-net-worth individuals on how to optimize their estate and transfer-tax planning goals.
